The Encora LMS site is your connection to an online training selected by your company.
Your administrator will assign courses and other training materials to groups of employees according to a variety of criteria, such as job function, location, or length of service.
When you are assigned a course or other training materials to complete, you will receive an email message with instructions. Start by logging in to the Learner portal, which contains a dashboard of controls for accessing, tracking, and completing your course assignments.
